Di 17.05.05 22:07 some problems with paying my S1 licence via bank transfer

A few days ago, I ordered a S1 licence on your shopsite. I received an email from LiveForSpeed.de with the details about paying with bank transfer. However, when I typed in all the neccessary codes and adresses (i transfer it with an online service from our bank) there was a problem with the BIC-code, they said it was wrong all the time. 
If I dont fill in the code, I have to pay extra charges, which are quite high.
PS: sorry for the bad english, but my german is worse...

It works! We didn't had to call the bank, we just filled in the form again and the BIC-code was correct; I think I replaced a O with a zero 
Anyway, I'm looking forward to receive your email with the code to unlock S1. If everything goes as planned I'll order S2 as well
