Loyal TDU2 Fans,

Just wanted to stop in and give everyone a quick update on the steady progress that we have been making.

Last night we added new servers, which have provided incremental improvements towards online connectivity and multiplayer stability. We are also performing ongoing analysis of server performance to optimize the performance. These changes should result in a steady improvement over the course of the next few days.

Our primary goal right now is to complete the next client patch for all platforms. Our teams are currently hard at work putting the finishing touches on these patches. Our goal is to have patches ready for QA testing on Wednesday, February 16th, and to allow 24 hours of testing to ensure that everything is 100% functional. If the fixes check out, we’ll submit the console patches to Microsoft and Sony for approval, and release the PC patch immediately.

The goal of these patches is as follows:

* Improve login process to allow a higher volume of successful connections
* Increase online stability
* Address issues related to file corruption
* Enable Club functionality
* Address infinite loading screen issue (Xbox only)

Individual fixes from this list may or may not go live depending on the results of QA testing. We’ll keep everyone in the loop regarding the status of these updates. Expect to receive another update within the next day.

As a reminder, the DLC items missing from the PSN store for European players is a known issue. We’re coordinating with Sony to get these items back online within the next few days.

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to share their feedback here on the forums. Rest assured that we have been working diligently to get these issues resolved, and are very grateful for the support that we have received from our fans during the launch rush.

* Online Play – Online, being monitored
* DLC Purchasing – Online (US) / Offline (EU/AUS) - We are working to get the DLC for PS3 EU back online ASAP.
* Pre-Order Code Redemption - Online
* Pre-Order Casino Code Redemption - Online
* Getting pre-order cars and Casino in-game - There is a bug where pre-order cars don't show up in the Used Car dealer if you are online. However, you can play Offline, purchase the car, then sign back on and you'll still have it.
* Casino Access - Online, being monitored. Until the next round of optimizations goes live, you may not be able to enter the Casino or Participate in Casino Games.
* MyTDU2Life - Offline - This is working as designed. TDU2MyLife is dependent on the Club Server.
* Clubs - Offline - ETA is Monday evening, pacific time at the earliest, dependent on the results of QA testing.

Until the next round of optimizations goes live, you may experience issues with:

* Signing in to online mode
* Seeing other players in the world and on the map
* Seeing your Friends lists and sending/receiving friend requests
* Claiming your pre-order cars and accessing the Casino
* Entering multiplayer races and joining friends' sessions
* In-game communications

Issues we're trying to patch ASAP:

* Lancia with Purple Wheels - Save file has been sent to dev, they have an idea of what needs to be done to fix this.
* Lost Money in Casino During Outages - We are tracking this issue. Unfortunately at this time there is no method of restoring money lost in this matter. Stay tuned for updates.
* Corrupt Save Files? - This is a known issue. There is a chance that this error message may come up erroneously. If this occurs, exit to the system dashboard immediately without clicking "Delete" or "Retry." - we're working on a long term fix. If the workaround does not resolve the problem, unfortunately there are currently no known methods of recovering a corrupted save file.

Issues being investigated after multiplayer issues are resolved:

* Limited to one profile? - Users have reported that even if they have multiple profiles available on their PS3, that it's not possible to create a new save file for TDU2.
