Nice track!
But there is no gravel. So its nothing for eDRX or RX.

Question Silvio... does the Grundautalring then has gravel... last time i was there (i think 2007, on the joined race between the BRC and the DRX), it had as much gravel as the autocross-course...

altough i'm a real rallycrossfreak; for once, it is fine, but you shouldn't make a habit off tose 100% tarmactracks (maybe it is a idea for a test race, between eDRX3 en eDRX4...Sehr Glücklich

But if we use full-tarmac-tracks, we should still have a layout different from the real track. Otherwise, it would be pretty senseless. In my opinion, the tracks we have now are great. If we find someone who can rework or create new layouts we would have more differences between the eDRX seasons. But we should leave that into Silvio's and the eDRX-Team's hand if you ask me.

@Jelle:
The Gründautalring actual has no gravel! 100% tarmac.
But that this track is used is an "agreement" between all. Drivers, officials etc... This is just because in Germany are too less tracks available. If here were 10 tracks available in GER, Gründautalring won´t use!

But we have the possibility to drive 10 tracks with gravel. So there is no reason to use a full tarmac track, i think! Smilie

The track is good for some "off-season" races! As an example we can use knobbly tyres on tarmac. This combo should create an "ice-track" feeling.
I read this idea in the officially lfs forum. The Estonia-RX-leaque use this. But thats only an idea and of course not planned for eDRX!

no, no asfalt tracks, which are standard tracks in LFS... otherwise we can just call it LFS Sprintcup...

I ment that I'm not opposed to one full tarmac race in a rallycross championship, but it should stay with one... such like the Grundautalring in the DRX... this could be an autocrosscourse in eDRX, if there would be any... we now got 10 races, that's enough i think...

We also could get a bit away from the official DRX and could create a track layout which we use for the last race in the first season half and as the final race in the season, just like those "special stage"-races as driven in the wrc. ^^
